Plumber (Independent Contractor)

Celene Residential is seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for performing plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential properties. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing systems operate efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in residential properties.
• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine appropriate solutions, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and address potential problems.
• Respond promptly to service calls and emergency plumbing situations.
• Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to coordinate plumbing work and schedules.
• Upload before and after photos of completed work for quality assurance and client communication.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and expenses incurred.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid plumbing license and certification.
• Proven experience as a plumber in residential settings.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must have your own corporation and valid liability insurance.
• Must have a smartphone with the ability to upload before and after photos.
• Must provide your own tools and equipment necessary for plumbing work.
