Residential Pool Maintenance Technician (Independent Contractor)

Celene Residential is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Residential Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of residential swimming pools, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on residential swimming pools, including cleaning, chemical balancing, and equipment inspection.
• Remove debris, vacuum pools, and clean tiles to ensure pools are in pristine condition.
• Test and adjust pool chemical levels to meet safety standards.
• Inspect and report any equipment malfunctions or needed repairs to property management.
• Upload before and after photos of completed maintenance tasks for quality assurance and client communication.
• Ensure all pool maintenance equipment is properly maintained and stored.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pool maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of pool chemicals, equipment, and maintenance practices.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must have your own pool maintenance equipment and supplies.
• Must have a smartphone with the ability to upload before and after photos.
