Celene Residential is seeking a dedicated and reliable Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the landscapes of residential properties, ensuring they remain healthy, attractive, and well-kept. You will work closely with property managers and residents to provide high-quality lawn care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine lawn care tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris.
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed, following safety guidelines and local regulations.
- Monitor and assess the health of lawns, shrubs, and trees, identifying any issues and implementing corrective measures.
- Assist with landscape installations, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Upload before and after photos of completed work for quality assurance and client communication.
- Communicate effectively with property managers and residents regarding maintenance schedules and services.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Must have your own equipment to perform job.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred.
- Knowledge of lawn care techniques, plant care, and pest management.
- Familiarity with landscaping equipment and tools, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Must have your own corporation and valid liability insurance.
- Must have a smartphone with the ability to upload before and after photos.
