Housekeeper (Independent Contractor)

Celene Residential is seeking a meticulous and hardworking Housecleaner to join our team as an independent contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning homes to high standards, ensuring they are spotless for new listings, after a tenant moves out, and possibly while homes are listed for sale or rent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Ensure homes are cleaned to high standards for new listings and after tenant move-outs, making them ready for showings.
• Maintain cleanliness while homes are listed for sale or rent, ensuring they remain presentable for potential buyers or renters.
• Upload before and after photos of completed cleaning tasks for quality assurance and client communication.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to property management promptly.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in housecleaning or related fields preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality cleaning standards.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Must have your own cleaning equipment and supplies necessary for housecleaning tasks.
• Must have a smartphone with the ability to upload before and after photos.
